Com prevenir-la?<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p>La fascitis plantar \u00e9s causada per una tensi\u00f3 de la f\u00e0scia de la planta del peu que fa de suport de l&#8217;arc del peu. Aquesta tensi\u00f3 pot causar dolor i inflamaci\u00f3 que causa que el tal\u00f3 o la planta del peu faci mal quan un es posa dret o camina.<\/p>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Simptomes\"><\/span>S\u00edmptomes<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Dolor al tal\u00f3, a sota i freq\u00fcentment per dins, en la inserci\u00f3 de la f\u00e0scia. Pot haver-hi dolor al llarg de la vora exterior del tal\u00f3 sobretot en caminar. Tamb\u00e9 pot estar associat, als peus cavos, a l&#8217;impacte produ\u00eft en saltar des de gran al\u00e7ada i caure sobre la part externa del tal\u00f3.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El dolor sol ser m\u00e9s intens al mat\u00ed. M\u00e9s tard s&#8217;alleugereix, quan el peu s&#8217;escalfa, per\u00f2 pot empitjorar una altra vegada durant el dia, especialment en caminar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>La fascitis plantar sol donar-se en esports comuns que impliquen c\u00f3rrer, ballar o saltar. Els corredors que tenen excessiva pronaci\u00f3 dels peus (peus plans) tenen m\u00e9s risc de patir fascitis plantar ja que causa un estirament addicional de la f\u00e0scia plantar.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Causes\"><\/span>Causes<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>SOBREC\u00c0RREGA: Sol ser la m\u00e9s comuna i est\u00e0 originada per l&#8217;\u00fas excessiu de l&#8217;articulaci\u00f3 o la repetici\u00f3 d&#8217;una t\u00e8cnica esportiva desenvolupada de manera err\u00f2nia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>CANVI DE CAL\u00c7AT O MAL CAL\u00c7AT: \u00c9s molt com\u00fa que aparegui un dolor a la f\u00e0scia plantar en renovar el cal\u00e7at esportiu o la utilitzaci\u00f3 d&#8217;un cal\u00e7at poc adequat per a l&#8217;activitat o pel peu.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>PROBLEMA OSSI: Alguna malformaci\u00f3 de tipus ossi pot generar una fascitis plantar.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>ALTERACI\u00d3 DE LA BIOMEC\u00c0NICA: Qualsevol alteraci\u00f3 de la biomec\u00e0nica de la marxa pot causar una fascitis plantar. Aquestes alteracions han de ser valorades per un pod\u00f2leg.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>DEBILITAT DEL M\u00daSCUL SOLI: Aquest m\u00fascul \u00e9s un dels encarregats de la flexi\u00f3 de la planta del peu, de manera que si es troba alterat, el pacient tractar\u00e0 de corregir la falta modificant-ne el pas.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n<h3 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><span class=\"ez-toc-section\" id=\"Com_tractar-la_i_com_prevenir-la\"><\/span>Com tractar-la i com prevenir-la<span class=\"ez-toc-section-end\"><\/span><\/h3>\n\n<p>El primer que cal fer \u00e9s saber els factors que han provocat la fascitis. Entre ells cal saber si el cal\u00e7at que fem servir \u00e9s el correcte per a l&#8217;activitat que realitzem i analitzar si s&#8217;est\u00e0 fent alguna nova activitat que pugui estar relacionada.<\/p>\n\n<p>L&#8217;amortiment de l&#8217;impacte sobre el terreny \u00e9s fonamental per evitar la tensi\u00f3 sobre la f\u00e0scia.<br\/>\u00c9s convenient la consulta amb un pod\u00f2leg per a l&#8217;an\u00e0lisi de la biomec\u00e0nica de la marxa i determinar si cal un suport plantar per reduir la tensi\u00f3 a la f\u00e0scia.<\/p>\n\n<p>La consulta amb un fisioterapeuta \u00e9s fonamental per a la resoluci\u00f3 en una fase aguda i per prevenir un nou episodi de fascitis. Entre les t\u00e8cniques que es poden utilitzar hi ha:<\/p>\n\n<ol class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Tractament amb INDIBA Activ per relaxar la musculatura dels bessons i assolellament.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Desc\u00e0rrega manual de la musculatura de bessons i assolellament a m\u00e9s d&#8217;estiraments manuals dels flexors dels dits i de la pr\u00f2pia f\u00e0scia.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>El tractament amb K-LASER \u00e9s un dels tractaments m\u00e9s efica\u00e7os per al tractament en fase aguda de la fascitis plantar.
